 Salon Guidelines 

SERVICE SATISFACTION

​

I want you to love your hair. I strive to offer each of my clients the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, adjustments can made within the first 7 days. All sales are final.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

 

If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule within a minimum of 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in a $50 no show fee, due before your next booking.

LATE ARRIVALS 

 

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, you will accrue a $15 late arrival fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in not receiving all services booked or having to reschedule your appointment and securing the appointment with a non-refundable deposit.

PAYMENT METHODS

I accept cash, cards, and venmo (for touchless payment).

RETAIL EXCHANGES

 

 Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges only, 60 days from your initial purchase.
